1. CONSULTATION

Whether you’re 100% on the flooring you want or are completely new to the world of hardwood flooring, a consultation is vital in getting the process started for you.

It is always best to view the flooring samples in person, due to the unique nature of the wood, each board and block has its own qualities and individuality. We have hundreds of samples in our showroom ranging from modern/contemporary looks to more distressed/older looks. There are also many fitting styles. Whether it is a standard fitted plank board, a herringbone or chevron parquet or a versailles panel – we have every style and design covered, no matter what your taste.

Once you have visited the showroom and picked some samples you like, we will then arrange to visit your home.

When we attend the visit at your home we will bring your chosen samples, this will allow you see the samples against your decor, furniture and also in different light within the desired room(s), this will help confirm what’s right for you. If you are happy with the chosen flooring, we would then take some measurements of the area, discuss the fitting process, and answer any further questions you may have.

Once we have all the information we need and you have chosen the flooring you’re happy with, we would then send you over an accurate quotation for the supply and installation of your new hardwood floor and get your installation booked in.

3. INSTALLATION

Once you have accepted your quote booked in an installation date with the showroom, we will then set about the ordering of the materials for the install.

When we begin the installation rest assured that you will have a dedicated, highly skilled installation team who will work continuously on your project until the job is complete. This is to ensure the work is completed in a timely and least disruptive fashion as possible.

We ask for the installation, the room(s) that our installers will be working in are cleared of any furniture or obstacles, as this will allow our installers to work safely with their tools and equipment and help prevent any damage to the flooring during the install before it can be oiled/lacquered.
