We will always try to schedule installation for the soonest possible convenient date.

From when we begin installation to a finished floor will usually be within 7 days. Our installers on site will keep you fully informed about the progress and completion dates.

All our floor installers work for us. We know that this is the only way to be able to keep the installation standards as high as possible.

Yes, we warranty all the installation work outlined in your works contract / scope of works for 2 years against any faults due to incorrect installation and product failure. In respect of this, if a problem occurs we will respond to you within 5 working days to explore the issues in hand and rectify accordingly once liability has been claimed.
